Apart from Motorway services stations this is possibly the most expensive garage in Yorkshire.
Fuel is always at least 10p more a litre. 2 minutes down the road in Otley you'll find cheaper fuel.
Positives are there are good facilities.

I misheard the sales assistant and he charged me for someone else?s fuel. That other person realised what had happened. Got called back in to the shop and charged the correct amount. On checking my bank balance I was charged twice; £62.03 and £35.62 Thought I was getting a refund. Oh no despite me ringing and speaking to the ?manager? several times have not had the refund of £62.03. Moral of the story, check the amount on the pump, make sure you sound the pump number very clearly and get your receipt, and finally try not to use this garage.
Have tried to contact Shell on the address they give in their reply to my review it. Tried several times and got back ?doesn?t match its web address?. I?m a bit of a technophobe but let you draw your own conclusions.

Horrible experience here today. Bought petrol and tried to use the screen wash. It wasn?t working, told the cashier at the desk. They just rudely stated no refund, no refund! I wasn?t asking for a refund, I don?t care about a few pounds, I was trying to explain it wasn?t working. Totally unnecessary aggression.
The reply to this will be sorry, and s as link to a pointless questionnaire. I?d like to say just have better customer service in future.

The salesman was rude and said I needed to use my eyes. Pump wasn't working ,i didnt know that, and I waited for it to come on. Went to kiosk, where salesman shouted at me and said can't you see the cone, use your eyes. There was no cone! He was awful and shouldn't be doing the job.

Just your general petrol station which is good for fuel but as usual the food choice is limited and overpriced which is what you would expect however I would say the choice is limited and the food supplied by coop
