Recently moved to Menston and 3 times now I've just given up on trying to park here and gone to morrisons instead. Now I dont even try, same with the argos just go to guiseley. They must lose so much money being the car park for the whole town. Most supermarkets have 2 hour parking but its 4 here so everyone parks here to go elsewhere.

This Sainsbury?s is okay but still has room for improvement. The biggest issue is trolleys being left all over the car park and not brought back to the store front ? makes it a bit of a hassle. Inside, a few aisles are still short of stock, which can be frustrating. That said, store management does seem to be slowly improving, so hopefully things continue to get better.

Good sized store with a good selection of fresh , frozen and store cupboard ingredients. The store is based very close to the town and has a reasonably sized car park . A good incentive to shop there when visiting the town.

I'm an avid Sainsbury's fan and always have been.
Sainsbury's Otley could do with more space in terms of foot print
It sometimes feels like they are trying too hard to pack everything into a limited amount of space.
Does feel slightly gloomy and oppressive due to there being no windows until you reach the checkout.
Would like to see more Sainsbury's branded goods
However,
The staff are always friendly and helpful.
The prices are very competitive (don't forget your nectar Card). !
Fresh produce is excellent value
And,
If you look carefully,
There are always bargains to be had.
On a recent visit I bagged a large hand made slate Cheese board knocked down to a ridiculously low Two quid.

They have taken most of the checkouts and the que for baskets is ridiculous.... I'm done with Sainsbury's

Not my usual shop. I was coming back from an appointment, and popped in for some odds and ends. They had everything on my list. The aisles are well spaced, and clean. The shelves looked well stocked. Helpful staff. A very cheery gentleman on the checkout was the cherry on the cake.Very impressed and highly recommended if you're a local.
