I Called in on a Sunday with a leaky valve for my trailer tyre, The lads didn't hesitate to help even when they were clearly busy. I cant thank them enough. Top lads if you have a issue don't hesitate to call in.

Called Kwik-Fit and asked if they would swap one of my tyres on to a refurbed alloy wheel and was told I could pop in the next day.
Arrived the next day only to be told I wasn?t booked in and they couldn?t help. Also the guy on the phone speaking to someone on speaker phone - absolutely no privacy for the customer on the other end - really weird?
Called Kwik-Fit Ilkley and got sorted the same day with no issues whatsoever. Won?t be going to Otley Kwik-Fit ever again.

I visited the garage on Sunday, June 1st, and was very pleased to find it open on a Sunday, especially since I was stressed about getting my tyres sorted before the start of the workweek. Ian and his team were welcoming and helpful, answering all my questions patiently. They kept me updated on all the jobs that needed to be done and explained the work they were carrying out. They finished quickly, which allowed me to enjoy the rest of my day. Thank you very much!

Couldn?t fault the guys down in Otley. Took my sons van down to check the breaks. Booked in at short notice and they gave me an honest summary of the work that needed doing. Another (national garage company) had told me virtually all the break discs and pads needed to be changed. They completed all the necessary work on the same day. Would definitely recommend.

A massive thank you to Harry and his team. Took my Citroen o Saturday for a check and repair, they were absolutely brilliant know the job well. They have also spotted missing nuts and screws and fitted these without any charges. I would definitely recommend Otley garage for any repair of services. ?

Ian the manager squeezed us in at last minute to save the day. He was kind and understanding of my son who has special needs and kept checking on us i the waiting room. Overall a pleasant experience.

I?d give 0 stars if there was an option. Firstly, the manager was the rudest person I?ve ever met. I drove into the workshop which was my mistake but he rudely asked me to leave and go to the car park. You can tell someone politely if they?ve made a mistake but clearly he lacks the basic manners when speaking to customers. I then overheard him making jokes to his colleague about it. This is meant to be a manager, which baffles me. I even went in and apologised.
My tyre had lost a lot of air overnight and I asked them to check it, one of the workers told me it would be half an hour to an hour which was fine. I received a call to say my tyre was ripped and damaged beyond repair, they told me they don?t have another one in that size. I came back to collect my car and noticed the rude manager had purposely blocked one of my family members car. Quickfit should send him to a customer service training course. ?Who?s moved the mini? he said, after we managed to get it out from being blocked in on purpose.
After leaving this garage, I called a mobile tyre repair company in the evening who supplied and fitted a new tyre for me. After checking my tyre that was leaking, it wasn?t ?damaged beyond repair? and could have been fixed. This left me £200 out of pocket as I didn't even need a new tyre.
An absolutely shocking experience. I?ll never go to another Quickfit again!
