Richard helped us with several protection products that in all honesty, we should have set up many years ago.Richard met our needs by carrying out the appointment after we finished work and after children's bed time. He listened to our needs, understood our circumstances in detail and then took the information away before making a series of recommendations.At all times Richard was available on phone and email to answer any questions we had, and he went out of his way to make the process a seamless one. Very professional. I arranged an initial consultation with Richard to discuss my finances and how best to manage my various pension pots as I approach retirement. Richard provided lots of useful tips but concluded that I had a fairly good handle on things and could, with a little extra work, deal with things myself and it was unlikely to be cost effective to appoint him for bespoke advice. I found Richard to be friendly, honest and impartial, and would not hesitate to return to him for advice should my needs change in the future.

Initially Richard helped us find a new mortgage and then assisted us with some financial advice on our pensions, savings, and has pretty much helped plan out our whole financial future.
