I came to the practice today with an emotional support dog, as my friend had an ENT appointment and I can struggle with anxiety in medical settings.Your receptionist could not have been more welcoming or kinder to all of us. She reassured me that emotional support animals were welcome and even provided a biscuit and water for my buddy.Thank you so much. I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend this practice.

Helpful, kind and understanding! from the receptionists through to all the medical staff. they are extremely busy but all the staff work very hard and have done throughout difficult times. Feel lucky to have them on my doorstep.

Unprofessional doctors and staff, have breached my doctor patient confidentiality by speaking to a third party without my consent, lied about referrals as non have been made and then told I'm no longer on there books but only after I rang to find out about the referral, that was never made, total waste of so called professional training, I would rather see a vet

An amazing practice, we are so lucky to have such a great doctors. All staff from reception through to doctors are kind, professional, warm and compassionate. This is reflected across allthree sites. They always fit you in if it?s urgent and you never feel rushed. I can?t rate them highly enough.

Missed chest cancer signs, diagnosed chest infection (professional advice is they present very differently). Missed signs regarding changing cervical cells resulting in an urgent hysterectomy at a young age. Vicky Brady is also absolutely unprofessional and vile in her behaviour and attitude. Definitely lacking in patient care.

Excellent Practice which we are very lucky to have in Otley. Doctors, Nurses and receptionists all very professional, friendly and polite. Just had my Covid vaccination there, so well organised - very impressed. Thanks again for being in our Town.

I have been trying to get an appointment now for over a week. Only to be told if I want one sooner, to call at 8am in the morning. I can ever get through at 8am as the lines are at capacity immediately.

Was informed I needed surgery ASAP. One WK leater phone call regarding different matter!?! No mention of surgery !?! Stated nothing ducumented re same!?! I find this appalling as a retired nurse its negligent !!!
