I left it way to late to order a bike in time for my Daughters Birthday (bad Dad) - However Kevin (absolute legend) took pity on me and got the bike dispatched super early and delivered in time for her Birthday. Can't thank him enough, great work. Thank you.

I can?t speak highly enough of the team at the Otley branch. I?m not someone who knows much about bikes and was nervous about getting help with a new bike that needed some changes. I was worried they?d be elitist and really only interested in ?proper? cyclists. I couldn?t have been more wrong! The people I saw could not have been more helpful or kinder. They absolutely know their way round bikes, but didn?t make me feel foolish that I didn?t. They had really useful ideas and suggestions that have made such a huge difference to my cycling experience. I?m really grateful and full of thanks!

Just purchased a new emtb. Very good and friendly advice and service throughout the process. Excellent handover of the new bike - they spent loads of time talking through everything (my first e-bike) and setting up the suspension etc. Very highly recommended

Super friendly and helpful team. A couple of times they've sorted my bike out for free when I've popped in with a small issue, which I really appreciated. I've had a service there and that was good too. The main reason for the 5-star review is the brilliant maintenance course I went on in February. I learned loads and it was all in a really relaxed, friendly setting. Thanks team!

I can highly recommend the bike maintenance course, it was good fun and very informative. Paul and Sanjay are great teachers, I was surprised by how much I learned and how much more confident I feel in tinkering with my bike

Exceptional service. Went in mid ride with a rear wheel with very worn bearings. Staff were super friendly and helpful and took my rear wheel, replaced the bearings all whilst I went for a quick coffee. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Exceptionally nice, knowledgable and accommodating people. We just moved to the area and have had a few things we?ve taken into the shop; they?ve always taken the time to find the best option for us and then quickly sort out what we need. I had a brilliant experience buying from chevin cycles. Couldn't be a nicer bunch. I'm a novice cycler so don't know much about bikes but they answered all my questions and helped me get kitted out. Phillip especially was really good at explaining what I'd need and what I wouldn't. I'd definitely recommend them!
