I left it way to late to order a bike in time for my Daughters Birthday (bad Dad) - However Kevin (absolute legend) took pity on me and got the bike dispatched super early and delivered in time for her Birthday. Can't thank him enough, great work. Thank you.

I can’t speak highly enough of the team at the Otley branch. I’m not someone who knows much about bikes and was nervous about getting help with a new bike that needed some changes.
