I have worked at Radfield Homecare for just over 3 years, and have been made welcome from day one. We are all treated like family, absolutely brilliant mangers and team of carers who all really go above and beyond everyday for all our lovely clients.

I would recommend Radfield home care to everyone who needs care as all of there staff is very kind and mostly importantly training. They always treat you with dignity and respect. They do everything to make sure you are safe in your home.

I have been working for radfield for 2 years now I have previously worked in nursing homes and decided I wanted to work out in the community radfield have given me this wonderful opportunity of doing a job I have always wanted to do the staff are very supportive and encouraging always at the end of the phone. All training and support is provided if your thinking of a career in care choose radfield home care you won't be disappointed.

I really enjoy my job working as a carer for Radfield. I came into caring from a completely different work background and I received all the correct training/information and practical work required to do the job whilst also getting ongoing training and refreshers through the years. There is always someone at the end of the phone when needed and if any problems arise the management team do their best to find a solution. I personally have received plenty of support from management.And to top it off, giving each client the care and support they need is so rewarding that most days it doesn?t even feel like a job.

I?ve worked for radfield for almost a year now, never had any experience working in care before but have qualifications in health and social so have the knowledge but it?s different using it in a proper work environment, however the training provided ensures you?re ready and confident before going out, and you can always request extra training at any time which is a bonus. The office staff are amazing and an absolute credit to the company, they are always there for any queries or support that you may need. Everyone is friendly and approachable, all the staff and clients are a pleasure to be around, all carers and office staff can never do enough for you.

I recently joined the carers team at Radfield Home Care in Wakefield and Dewsbury. To be honest, I wasn't sure if I would make it because I've never worked in the care sector, but after a few weeks I can say that it was the best step in my career. The staff is very friendly and helpful.I am glad that I could join a team that cares so much about its employees and customers. Since joining the team I have had training which has taught me a lot in theory and as this is my first caring role I have been able to learn a lot in practice while shadowing with support throughout. I love going to work every day, meeting all the clients and supporting them in every possible way . Thanks to this job I have met many interesting people, and I am also practice English. The clients I help are wonderful and very friendly which is important in this job to build a friendly bond between the carer and the client. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs extra support at home and those who are thinking of changing jobs.

I?ve worked for Radfield nearly 2 years and have learnt so much in such a short space of time! I?ve worked in 2 roles during my time here and have a lot of knowledge about the company. Management are great and always there should I need them. We are all a very close knit team and do our best to provide an excellent service to all our clients!

I have worked in the care sector for the last 8 years and joined RHC in 2021. I can say that this is the best place I have ever worked in which includes my time with the NHS.The care provided to clients is closely monitored by the Management Team to ensure excellence. The carers are rewarded for their performance and often go above and beyond.Everyone who works here is treated with respect which is so important in times which are stressful.

Radfield are the third care company we?ve used to look after my mum and after three months are still outstanding compared to the others. I would be lying if I said there hadn?t been hick-ups but I think a company proves itself when something hasn?t gone to plan, and so far their response has been good. The carers are polite and generally seem to really care. The visits are never too far away from the scheduled times. The management seem good, but could sometimes improve on ?out of hours? phone answering. I hope this helps. I?ll give another update in two or three months.

I have worked in the care sector now for 15 years, Radfield Homecare is by far the most enjoyable. The whole team support and respect each other, working really hard to deliver exceptional standards of care. Your ideas and suggestions are valued and you feel like part of a big family, it?s great, there?s not a single day I don?t enjoy going to work.I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a career in care and to anyone who may be looking into receiving care and support at home.
