I have recently started working in Ossett and visit the post office most days now with my post from work. I have to say Michelle who works in there is absolutely superb. She reassured me my post would make its destination with offering me a special delivery service for a letter with importance. She was incredibly professional dealing with me today and so friendly when engaging in conversations. I left with a huge smile on my face and it is so refreshing when dealing with someone who is working with in the public sector who can spread such a positivity by simply just being great at their job and genuinely caring about their customers.

We always find the post office staff friendly and helpful. It was Michelle today but the other guys are good too - knowledgeable and providing advice. This is one service in Ossett that we wouldn't want to lose. Thank you.

Great, friendly service from Ossett Post Office. Special mention for Naila who went above and beyond to help us when we had made a mistake. I have other, closer post offices but will always go to Ossett for friendly, helpful service.

Really friendly staff and quick service. Queues occur at peak times but that's because they provide a brilliant service. Great range of Yorkshire cards, especially the funny ones.

Really friendly post office I?ve read a couple of reviews regarding the queues but feel for them with having passports and driving licence to do? the lady I dealt with think she was called Michelle she helped me explained everything very throughly to me good experience will definitely go back

A really good and convenient post office, yes you normally have to wait a while but I have always found the staff polite and efficient. I much prefer a real post office like this to a sub post office any day.

Slowest post office ever , 2 staff on a Friday people queuing for ages. Would have been quicker to deliver the parcel myself

RUDEQueued to the checkout and then woman just walked off never to return without saying anything so had to rejoin the back off the queue and do it all again to get to the other lady
