“I really enjoy my job working as a carer for Radfield. I came into caring from a completely different work background and I received all the correct training/information and practical work required to do the job whilst also getting ongoing training and refreshers through the years. There is always someone at the end of the phone when needed and if any problems arise the management team do their best to find a solution. I personally have received plenty of support from management.And to top it off, giving each client the care and support they need is so rewarding that most days it doesn’t even feel like a job.”
