A brilliant authentic pub with a great selection of traditional real ales including Gooseye Brewery which is the local brew. Also other guest Beers many of which are from around the locality. Excellent friendly staff who understand what exceptional customer service looks like.

The Turkey Inn is a perfect mix of country inn with fabulous service and food.
I could not recommend this pub enough, such incredible service, super dog friendly, excellent food and amazing value for money.

Great village pub. Seems popular for food but I went for the Gooseye Chinook. Off the beaten track but just go there!

Really nice pub in a lovely location. Food was good. We got prawns and chorizo for a starter. The chorizo was excellent but the prawns were underseasoned. For mains we got the fish and chips and the pan fried chicken, both were very tasty. We had the chocolate cake for dessert which was also nice, but a little small for the price. Losing a star purely because we weren?t amazed by the food, but it was good. It is a pub after all, so obviously food isn?t the main focus.

Wonderful Inn with lovely staff and truly great food. Complements to the Chef as everything was 100% ?
Well worth a visit and catered fully for gluten-free. Parking available opposite and set in a lovely village. Worth a visit for definite.

Brilliant atmosphere, friendly professional bar staff and amazing food.
The prices of alcohol are very good. The food is slightly pricy but is justified by the quality and service provided.
The pool table does need replacing as the balls sometimes dosent release, the table needs leveling / refelted and sometimes the white ball dosent come out when putted but this is minor as the staff are always happy to help and it is still playable.
Toilets are clean and In good condition.
This is a cracking pub especially for the people that live in laycock / the local area and definitely worth travelling for if further away you will not disappointed!!
