Store is closed 10:30am on Friday 7th February 2025. Still closed at 11:15am when returning back?. Issue with cash machine, not sure why this effects customers entering the store. COULD THIS WORK BE DONE OUT OF HOURS?

Hardly ever open any more. Used to serve the people of Altofts but now it closes on a whim. 7.20 on a Saturday - Closed. What a joke.

Closes early regularly, no idea who the manager is there but if you read this, this needs addressing promptly as it is immensely inconvenient and disappointing for everyone that has experienced it. Spent 1000s here over the years we have lived in Altofts. Had enough now and will shop elsewhere.

I've had so many problems with this shop, Im constantly getting moldy products, out of date, smelly milk and it's disgusting. Cash machine never works as well.

Reading other reviews, and many of them very positive, especially about the staff, I do wonder why I struggle to give above 3?.These friendly, wonderful staff that most people talk about, I have never seen.In the many years I've called in, it has pretty much always been an inconvenience to be there. Dodging staff, filling shelves, always where i am, with no courteous recourse for virtually being barged out of the way, and having a group chat as if you, the customer, doesn't exist.I go to one stop because it is very local.I certainly don't go expecting, nor indeed receiving good customer satisfaction.?
