Been a few times and the old grey man is rude and has a very bad attitude, left me stood like an idiot while he serves other people. Even customers who came in after me. Don?t know what his issue is, I know he gives all scrubbers pay weekly maybe he gives them priority. Poor customer service. AVOID

Disgraceful service!
Last week my son called me after college in Leeds to say he lost his monthly bus pass & has no money to get home but he did have his bank card so I told him I would deposit the fare at post office into my bank & transfer him it. I had £10 in £1 coins & silver but the old man I believe owns it point blank refused my money repeating to me he cannot deposit coins unless they're in money bags with the correct amount specified on the front of they bags. I had £5 in pound coins, 5x 50p & £2.50 in 20s & 10s so none would make a correct full bag as printed on front. I told him the reason for deposit but he repeated blank faced that unless I have a note or properly bagged coins he won't take my bank deposit. I told him this is all I have but he repeated himself again. I asked if he'd change the money yo a £10 note in the other till but again he refused! I eventually angrily left & asked several strangers until one helped me if they'd send me £10 transfer for cash in hand & explained my situation!
I enquired at 2 post offices wether he was right to refuse & both said he was out of order & they'd not hears of anything like it!

Ideally situated just before you get on the bottom at the bottom of Castleford Road in Normanton. Also straight across from Snack Attack so while waiting for your breakfast you can nip over the road for your newspaper!
