Appalling customer service from the manager Neil (Well?s, Queensway) who protects his staff when they make mistakes by scapegoating customers with bullying tactics including gaslighting, hostility, a belligerent attitude, argumentative approach and a condescending, reprimanding tone instead of focusing on proactive customer service that prioritises customer retention by showing humility and apologising or at the very least opting to save face by being polite and exercising good judgment about the long term view so as not to lose customers.

Visited doctor on Monday and prescription sent, we had signed up for delivery, Friday came still no medication, telephoned to be told it was down for delivery next Tuesday, had to go and collect and the staff were so disorganised would not recommend.

Great if you want to stand around for 20 minutes waiting to be served while you watch the staff chatting away in the back.

Just tried over 60 times to ring Well Pharmacy in morley Queen Street but call gets ended or the number is constantly engaged. I will call in on Saturday and hopefully I can pick my prescription up, which is ready, and my mum's which should be ready.

Julie on reception needs to learn common manners. Doesn't cost anything for a smile or even some form of eye contact with customers.

Very helpful, pleasant and friendly staff...once you eventually get served! Most times when you go in there is a queue of people waiting to be served when they have 3 to 5 people busy in the back. They either need dedicated customer facing staff, more staff...or better management.

Received my prescription yesterday (Tuesday)only to find when I got home there was a box missing, this is the 4th time this has happened,when I rang to inform them.i was told to bring all my meds back even thou I'd opened 2 of them to fill my daily tablet holder,never told this on the 3 occasions that my meds wernt correct,tbh I am made to feel like am lieing and feel extreamly awkward to ring and report this,I have to take this missing med as its a blood thinner and I have been advised by my doctor that just stopping this medication will be extreamly dangerous to my health and would cause me to have heart attack I shouldn't feel bad when some one hasn't done there job right and missed my medication outi feel if they talked less and concentrated on doing a service maybe this wouldn't happen I deserve to be treated with respect as I am respectful to them it's a 2 way thing don't you think!!!am forced to make a bad review due to the way iv been treated by the pharmacist now I have had a text to say its ready to pick up,you have to stop been awkward when I have missing medication as its in house that's to blame and not me,my wife rang to ask why I have to take all my meds back and surprise surprise he couldn't answer her like I said I wasn't asked to do this on 3 other occasions,and why should I go to another pharmacy when iv done nothing wrong from now on I will check my meds whillst still in shop
