Had an eye test today. The service provided by Kulthum Sacha was unbelievable. Her knowledge of eyes and the science behind things were amazing. She was very caring and answered all my questions thoroughly and explained everything needed. Will be back here in 2 years for another test. Brilliant service.

Long waiting times to be seen. Just stood around waiting whilst staff who are not busy look over at you.
Then after your eye test, they just leave you to pick your glasses. You finally choose a pair, wait again for ages to be told that they're the wrong size!! Well tell me which size to look for and what to check for then!!! Useless staff!!

The staff and service at the Morley store were so much better than other stores I've attended, the trainee was brilliant and her mentor was great.
I changed from specsavers as I didn't like my local store but decided to go back and try Morley, I'll definitely be back!
