Dan an Amanda are absolutely fantastic an a credit to Ramsdens!!..I have used this shop on multiple occasions from buying selling even had to pawn an get back.. never pressured even work with on all pricing...a dont go to any other shop for gold an prices they know what they are doing.. always polite an friendly staff. We always an will always use this shop whilst these colleagues have run of the show!!

This shop wants a serious shake up, unfriendly staff, plus they need to keep up with latest gold prices, they offer much less for gold than other competition,,,,,,, avoid avoid before you get totally ripped off,,,,,,,,, respect your gold go elsewhere!!!!

Rude.
Abrupt and unfriendly staff member was rude to my husband and I.
quickly wanting to get us in and out.
Her computer wasn't working so she told us to "go stand up there then!"
An old man was trying to get into the shop she shouted "push it then!!" at him.
