Again, we?ve placed an order for 2 meals along with chicken nuggets, no sauces have been sent again! It?s such poor service. I do not recommend placing an online order for this restaurant as they are always missing item, especially the sauces that are included in the price!

EVERY time we order from this branch, the user is wrong, or meals are missing. And the food we do get is usually cold.
We usually avoid ordering here, but sometimes we don't realise.
And when we want a refund, we have to speak with Uber Eats, even though we order through the McDonalds app directly. I understand that the branch can get busy, but seriously, how hard is it to check off the items in the bag to the items on the ticket?
It's not just a one-off, either. It's EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!
If it's too busy for staff to do the job properly, then hire more staff. If you can't hire more staff, then limit the orders.

Staff are so slack after forgetting about my order so I had to go ask them where it was and they said they had forgotten. I then opned the bag and there was no chips when I ordered two and there was no nuggets which I had ordered 6nuggets so thanks guys I?ve paid ur wage for this week without getting my food

Never ever get a delivery from this place they never ever get order right they either miss items off or bring totally wrong order. No good when you've got kids sat waiting for their tea I ordered £30 worth of food and got 20 nuggets a coke large frie and an ice cream delivered so some other person must o got a right feast

Ordered a large fillet o fish meal via just eat and received small. Chips were all shriveled up and dry. Didn't get any napkins either. Won't be ordering from here again. Not the best experience.

Food is fresh, hot and served with a smile! Staff are polite, courteous, respectful and well managed.

When we visited, a manager, tall with glasses, working 8pm today, was incredibly rude to another employee, it was very quiet and he was yelling at her as if there was a rush, he completely dismissed her, spoke down to her and completely disrespected her. It made us incredibly uncomfortable to witness, as a hospitality worker, it was so sickening to watch, management needs to be improved asap.

Ordered a hat trick to be told there's non in stock even though wall to wall advertising then staff member taking my order very confused when I ordered a double quarter pounder meal. The burger I was given was nothing like what I had experienced before, a lack lustered presented glorified double cheese burger douced heavily in ketchup.Waited ages to get Luke warm food. On a whole a disappointing experience.

So I was enjoying my food when I looked out across the way I noticed a dude carrying back to nandos a McDonald's happy meal so he just walked right in.Ha ha so very amusing...the irony ?

Ordered via the app and still had a 30 min wait!!! Looked like disorganised chaos to me!!! One mcdonald's employee was emptying bins and organising chairs and then went into the food prep area and showed no signs of even thinking about washing his hands!!! Sorry but the place definitely needs a shake up!!!! Dissaponted!!!!

It's clean inside, the tables and seats are not dirty, bins are clean and there are no queues. This Macdonald's is very small, if you order a large order you will probably have to wait a long time for it. I ordered a burger with cheese and another with mayonnaise and chicken. The sandwiches were not fresh, the bread was dry, no ketchup or other sauce, one slice of cucumber... It was simply not fresh, which is a pity.
