Inept and unprofessional staff, even through to the customer care team. A simple rebooking is not made correctly by the customer care team, and upon arriving for my appointment Asis on the front desk was extremely dismissive, unhelpful and unapologetic.

Too many times they have let me down with my medication, but this week they assured me it would be ready for today and it wasn't. I am now out of my meds and nothing I can do till after the weekend I only hope it doesn't set off a flare up of my condition.
