Hygiene? If you consider dust bunnies part of the decor, sure. Gluten-free? Only if you enjoy a sprinkle of gluten. Vegan pizza? Cooked with the same hands that were knee-deep in beef. And the manager (Amardeep singh)? Let's just say his racism was more consistent than the cleaning schedule.

Dominos pizza is dominos pizza nationwide. Staff very uninspiring, came in to get pizza and no one spoke to me or even acknowledged I had even come in. Again, review is on the pizza.

Hi I ordered 7 chicken strippers as part of my meal for the family. The morley branch delivered my food but substituted the chicken strippers for kickers. I was not called about any substition before delivery. The delivery driver showed up at my door gave me my food then told me they had swapped it. I told the driver I didn't want chicken kickers and i should have been contacted before delivery, he took them away. The driver said I would be refunded- this doesn't appear to have happened. Is this the way dominos are now operating. Appears very unfair that I make an order and you deliver what you want without any fornotice. You should really call the customer first if you can't fullfill an order.

What an absolute joke of a company, rude staff waited 5 mins for somebody to even acknowledge I was at the counter and to top it off I was refused my food as they don't take cash, a company that size and they don't take cash disgusting

Solid pizza option. Not ever had any issues with ordering from here but at the end of the day it's a domino's. It's cookie cutter when compared to the very good independent places round the corner.

Do not order from this Domino's. I discovered a piece of hair in my food and called the restaurant. The man on the phone promised me that he will notify his manager and return me a full refund for the compensation and inconvenience.
Despite all this my food also came cold. I had taken a picture for proof, but the man on the phone refused and stated a driver will come and collect the pizza to take back, which is ridiculous and an absolute joke. At this time, I had discarded the pizza since common sense dictated that you would and his response was "it's fine take it out of the bin".
Although the wedges were cold but fine to eat I had no longer an appetite and was put off completely by the poor quality of food. I am quite dissatisfied with how the team handled my problem.
I am now having to wait for a call back from the manger , which is causing me further inconvenience. I have provided my proof to the manager, and I hope you would take prompt action and refund me in full to compensate for the horrible service and treatment I had as a client. Please try to avoid this restaurant at all costs.
To summarise food arrived cold, food quality was bad, and workers were rude and unpleasant .

The atmosphere smelt great and tables,chairs,floor, food counter was sparkling clean. Customer Service superb.and there Is affordable price for a volunteer worker (like me) in a charity shop.
