Extremely disappointed today with the Click and Collect service. 1 star isn't low enough.I booked a slot and was only collecting a small number rof items. The cost to book the slot was £1.50 which normally isn't an issue. My slot was booked 3:00 - 3:30. I arrived at 2:50 just in case it may have been ready early, how wrong I was. After being asked my name on four separate occasions I kept being told 'it won't be long'.My shopping wasn't brought out until 4:10. No apology or explanation as to why. What have I paid for a booking slot for if its not on time? Do I get this refunded? No chance, would not advise. Can I get hold of any details to contact on the website to complain to? Nope, happy to take your money and then not deliver the service.

For the last 3 months , I've had to queue with many others just to get a shopping basket. There are clearly not enough . Today I mentioned it in the store and several other customers were also angry about this. It's not difficult to resolve. Get more baskets

Worst experience from staff ever ask multiple staff member kiosk security for the to please change a couple coins for a pound or unlock a trolley for us with a newborn baby every staff member said they cannot help and security proceeded to push us out of the store absolutely discussing and I work for your company!!!!

The variety of options in each aisle was impressive, and I appreciated the clear signage that made it easy to find everything on my list. The prices were reasonable, and there were plenty of special offers to take advantage of. I felt like I got great value for my money compared to other stores nearby.

Asda's Morley store and Asda overall has gone downhill over the past year or so. I can only assume it's the new owners or management to blame. I've been shopping here since there was an interactive mooing cow down the milk aisle. That's quite a while. It used to be tidy, well stocked, well organised and easy to navigate. Over the past year several aisles have been swapped around, moved or rearranged. This can be good sometimes, but not in this case. The new layouts are unintuitive, harder to navigate, and somehow manage to feel both scattered and cluttered at the same time.Several product lines are regularly out of stock, sometimes for months at a time.Frequent packaging changes make some products less attractive and harder to find, especially when they've also moved location entirely.Prices are all over the place, with the ticket underneath the item being the incorrect ticket. That's very misleading, as the font is small and the price of the item is often more than what is displayed on the incorrect product tag.Asda rewards app is a nuisance to use. It often needs updating before it can be used. There are pop-ups when you open it, the app takes up space on your phone, and the way in which people can redeem the money 'saved' is too difficult. It is manageable with a little trial and error, but not very self explanatory and I have regularly seen the self checkouts held up by people trying to get to grips with the app; an app which you're effectively forcing on people. The staff occasionally help, but that takes them away from approving items or helping other shoppers. This slows the checkout and irritates both staff and customers. There aren't enough proper checkouts open.Another issue also relates to the app. The star buy offers are often not credited to your rewards app. A few weeks ago a £4 star buy persuaded me to buy something. I bought it and scanned my app. I wasn't aware until a few days later that the £4 hadn't been added to my rewards wallet at all. I had to spend over half an hour on the phone to Asda to get it sorted. That's not the first time it's happened. The man I spoke to on the phone seemed to hint at this being a regular issue with the Morley store's signage. If the items were cheaper, then people wouldn't need the app. It's almost like Asda have forgotten what a sale is. Remember the back pocket slap? The roll back prices? Value? Nah. Just a rewards app now.On a night time the lights in the freezers are turned off, making them almost impossible to see into. I'm assuming this is for energy saving purposes. There are far better ways to save energy in that store.Trolleys have had the pound coin token/chains reinstalled. Again, this is just inconvenient and irritating. Most people don't pay cash nowadays, so not everyone will have a pound on them. Having to ask if someone has a pound is not only cheeky, but embarrassing. The alternatives are to carry two baskets around a large store until my arms start aching and I leave my shopping, or I just don't bother shopping at all. It's another layer of hassle that has come about recently.I've noticed a huge difference in staff morale over the past year. Staff used to seem enthusiastic about their work. They'd be working hard, but without it seeming a chore. They'd be able to help you find something and were generally pleasant. It's one of the reasons I started shopping at Morley Asda. I felt welcome. The staff are still welcoming, the store isn't. It is increasing evident that staff have become overworked and are noticeably stressed while working. I've seen staff ready to cry. I've seen them bump into things and hurt themselves because they're rushing so much to keep up with the workload. It doesn't seem a happy workplace environment. That's not a remark about the staff themselves, but I feel it needs to be said that the pressure the staff are under is detectable in the overall atmosphere of the store. It's no

A large store with a wide range of goods for sale. It was quite busy when I visited but didn't feel claustrophobic because of space between the aisles. Very helpful and friendly staff are always happy to help you navigate around the store.

I?ve visited this store many times, and am always impressed by the tidy look, and cleanliness of the whole site. Polite staff, well stocked shelves, and plenty of choice.I?ll always call in if I?m in the area, and I have time. ?

Staff are friendly and polite. Shopped here for over 30years. Wish they didn't block the entrances with trolleys full of plants and such like, looks untidy.
