Once you place an order with this place you get bombarded with texts. They tell you to text LEAVE to 88440, when you do, you get charged 30p for the text, & the food ain?t great anyway.

I?ve ordered for while and the last 3 times I?ve ordered things are missing and food is wrong. When Called to explain that this is now the third time I was told I?m lying after waiting an hour for my food which was now cold and to call back another day. Very disappointing as was my go to takeaway. But staff there are just nothing but rude!

We had a donner kebab, veggie samosa vegetarian curry. The food was very generously priced, I was expecting it not to be so good give it was cheap. It was delicious. Empty plates all around. They called me up as they had run out of veggie burgers and offered me a curry instead. The rice was delicious too with lots of chunky vegetables in. Excellent service. Very quick. So wasn?t waiting long neither. ? would recommend!

Yet another delicious takeaway from the Menston Spice, which has well and truly raised its game in recent months. Many thanks to Shuhal and his team for a beautifully cooked meal, all served with a friendly chat and a genuine welcome. The Saag Chicken main course was fantastic, and replaced our default-favourite of Chicken Acharee. Although this latter dish is no longer on the brand-new menu, Shuhal said that it was possible to ask for it in the comments section during online ordering. Keep up the great work, Menston Spice :-)

Ordered king prawn masala with naan and rice for delivery. Was luke warm on delivery and whilst the luminous sauce was reasonably flavoursome the prawns were like chewing an inner tube. Rice was okay is the best compliment I can give. Wouldn't repeat.

Absolutely disgusting will not be ordering from hear aging curry was so plain and no flavour with a tiny bit of chicken and the donner meat was like rubber and tasted disgusting I used to be nice but seem like the have just got chap food and don't put the effort in anymore it's a shame

Yes the food is good but seriously, more than once order online?. Order has been placed, money leaves account and not immediately but 20 minutes later does a text get received telling us that ?menston spice couldn?t accept your order and a refund is on the way?. Firstly, you?re open so should be accepting all orders.Secondly, living only 8 minutes by car away from the shop distance is no problem!And thirdly, if you can not accept orders why take money from a bank account just to give a refund that oh ?will take 3-5 working days to return back to your account?.I can never complain about the food from menston spice but this kind of service from respectable company?s you use to order food (as unable to collect myself) is simply apauling and just unacceptable at this point!Will not be order again unfortunately.

Months of requesting that they stop texting me every week, contacting both Menston Spice and their provider, FeedMe, by text, by messenger, by code...........and still I get the texts. Great customer service guys.

Tasted like dog excrement. Horrible taste and then realised the state of the premises. Should have known, if the place looks terrible so does the food. God knows how bad the kitchen is back there
