After visiting other property management companies around Leeds. I went with Zenko as they were honest and upfront about all the costs associated with property management and offered the best value fees for full management. The properties I moved over to Zenko have resulted in Tennant's being much happier with queries, problem resolution and feedback.So far I have had several Tennant's move in and out of my properties. the team at Zenko have been professional and treated residents with the upmost respect, dealing with both their and my queries promptly. I have always had very good feedback from Tennants on how they deal with maintenance requirements promptly and are transparent and clear on costs with me.Zenko have made ownership of the BTL properties I have in Leeds stress free!Couldn't recommend more.

A totally useless and disgusting company. There is no care or compassion for tenants. Emails and phone calls completely fobbed off. Only bothered about bringing in the money to line their pockets.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT do ANY custom with them. Save your money and sanity and go ELSEWHERE.

Highly recommend Zenko Properties. I have recently sold a flat with them and their service was excellent from start to finish. It was a challenging sale and the solicitors didn't seem to be communicating well, so without Ian at Zenko I honestly don't think the sale would have completed!

First review I have ever submitted however after selling our city centre flat recently I feel it is much deserved. Zenko got us a great price for our flat and managed the whole process exceptionally well. A special mention to Ian who was fantastic throughout despite a nightmare buyer who was very unreasonable through the entirety of the sale and without whom the sale would probably never have completed. Cannot recommend the company highly enough and would encourage anyone thinking of selling/buying in the area to employ Zenko's services.
