Food seemed good quality, unfortunately the vibe was off and the staff member that took our order was pretty rude. Waited for close to 30 mins for our coffees before approaching the counter only to find out there had been a partial power cut. Felt awkward having to then ask for a refund. Won?t be going again. A shame, seems like it could be a cool place.

Got a takeaway jam doughnut today. The atmosphere in the cafe seemed nice and I got served very quickly however the doughnut was incredibly dry and didn't taste fresh at all. I've had baked goods from here before and been impressed but unfortunately today I was not. I don't mind paying £3.50 for a decent doughnut but not for something so dry and not pleasant.

I ordered scones online, cheese and sultana, delivered timely, but horribly hard, dry and stale when they arrived. Very disappointing. I will not order again.

This is a review for the online shop, after ordering some GF Jam Sugared Doughnuts for (very quick) delivery. OMG is all I can really say. After six (that's SIX WHOLE YEARS) of being Coeliac and never ever having one of my favourite things again (used to love the Sainsburys Jam Doughnut packs) - I found these online. THEY CERTAINLY DID NOT DISAPPOINT. They were incredible. My only negative is obviously they are so naughty calorie wise that I can't order loads and have some all the time!! Well done Wildcraft in finding the perfect close-as-dammit recipe so I could feel that feeling again lol!! THANK YOU!!!

Very comfortable cafe with friendly staff. There are plenty of toys for kids, which makes it perfect for families. The coffee was delicious! The donuts were a bit sour for me ? not really my taste, but everything else was nice. A good spot to relax.

I ordered for delivery and the quality was awful. The doughnuts had a strange texture and didn?t taste right, and the best before date was the very next day ? even though my order arrived late in the afternoon. I ended up throwing the whole lot away. I also emailed to raise it and never got a response. Won?t be ordering again.

I've been here many times as my partner is a coeliac and the baked goods are delicious. It's a small cafe with nice decor and child-friendly services that liven it up. The owner is very nice, and their customer service via email is clear and appreciative. The staff and owner are friendly despite their directness and mannerisms seeming unfriendly to some. They've recently paused their Sunday brunch menu, which I hope returns soon!

Beautiful place with great food and a great price for gluten free items and great people! The staff were lovely and the atmosphere was really welcoming! Highly recommend and is now a staple for me! ?

This place has a fantastic selection of gluten-free products, which is what initially drew us in. The menu is impressive, and it?s clear a lot of thought has gone into catering for dietary needs.
Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the service. Despite only two other tables being occupied, the food took a long time to arrive. The staff seemed uninterested, unfriendly, and frankly looked like they were just going through the motions.
In a café or artisan bakery, the atmosphere and energy of the staff are just as important as the food. A smile and some enthusiasm go a long way, and sadly, that was missing here.
Overall, great gluten-free choices?but service and attitude need serious improvement to make it a place worth returning to.

Very good atmosphere. But the coffee was the worst i have had in a few years. Very week. At £3.50 for half a cup i would of expected better
