I needed a specific screw for a piece of IKEA furniture and was happy to find what I needed quickly. Only downside was the youth on the checkout who was yawning and seemed quite bored. You might feel this way but shouldn't show it to customers.

Usually never has what I need so end up popping in to Screwfix or B&Q. Never any staff on hand to help and quality of their merchandise can be questionable with a premium price at times. Not for me, much prefer the other two!

I have been coming to Wickes to pick up everything from fuses to coal and cannot praise and thank the staff enough. Not only do they help me find things quickly but actually put the coal in my car ? A well stocked, well laid out store, easy parking and the best service ever ?
