Had a guy called Colin come out to measure and provide a kitchen design after, no design was provided even after chasing him up, still no response till this day 5 months later. Very poor!!

Extremely rude check out staff. Two women having a conversation neither looked up and acknowledged my presence Carrying on their conversation . After paying I said a very loud thank you neither women responding. I have never experienced such rude ignorant customer service. Need training in customer service skills .!!!
