My daughter and her friend went to whiterose last week. After looking at some paints that she often buys from there she has leant against a shelf unbeknown to her had blue paint spilled across it . It went on all 3 of their clothing but my daughters expensive white coat was covered. They complained to a staff member and was told "sometimes kids come in and mess about opening the paints and spill them" this isnt good enough. I emailed customer services who wont take liability even though they can see on the cctv the paint transfer onto her clothing. We wont shop here again

I have been using this store in the last 5 years to post my DHL parcel, this time round they wanted me to open my box to see the contents, refused and told them I'm happy for dhl to open the parcel but not your staff, refused posting. Went to another whsmith happily accepted the parcel without the headache, need better customer service
Would not come here again.

Unfortunately, this store is the prime example and will be used in future history lessons as to why the "high street store" failed! Peak time and i. The only "customer" £6.50 for 5 small package envelopes!Online competitor = 6.99 for 200!

Love this shop for writing pads, books, pens, all the fancy stationary it provides and some have Post offices which is handy, My husband loves getting his magazines here every week, I must admit i do love shopping in Smiths..

Unpleasant experience at the store in white rose, the staff where dismissive and Martin just seemed moody and unwelcoming. Not satisfied with my experience at all! Not going to this store again! It give the WHSmith as a whole a bad name which is truly a shame.

Amazing all of it diy slime for your kids and colourful pens for if they prefer drawing you can get a large range of wonderful books and great school supplys some pencil cases to keep all them coloured pens in.
