Went in before xmas with a friend who went to the til to buy something and the woman and lad ignored her existence and carried on a conversation so we just had to leave the shop - really strange experience

Bough some last minute gifts online a few days before Xmas and paid for next day delivery. It is now Xmas day and still no parcel has arrived from Whittards. Very disappointing service from what I thought was a reputable company. Will not be shopping there again.

Popped in yesterday afternoon in search of a birthday present for my mother and was served by a lovely young man (sadly I didn?t get his name). He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and gave me lots of recommendations. I?ll definitely be back ?

Went in store yesterday, Fred was serving and my gosh was he the best ambassador for the company. He was so knowledgeable about all products, the products really are amazing too. I've got a variety of hot chocolate, instant and loose leaf tea and coffee and all of which I've been amazed by.If any of you haven't been influenced to use instant tea as part of a lovely summer cocktail... get on it!!!
