I am incredibly impressed with this hairdressers. Taylor listened carefully and made suggestions for how to reach my vision. I had a partial hair dye which looks great and was affordable. I've only recently started going to Westrow on Street Lane and have really been impressed. They are polite and very friendly, and the cut and highlights I've had have been the best I've experienced in a long time. One very happy customer.

I would not use this salon again. I went to this salon a few weeks ago and had a cut and blow-dry with Taylor. This is the first salon I have been to where I didn't received a head massage after shampooing. I have been to hair salons that charge less money and have received a much better service. I told her that I wanted my hair thinning out and she didn't do it. Extremely disappointedService: Hairstyling

I have had my hair coloured and treated with Carly for a good few years pre-covid in slightly different ways but always with a view of keeping the overall look cool toned, esp as I am a natural light ash blonde and so naturally feel colours based around this works best for me. Every other hairdresser ends up convincing me to add warmth in my hair - "which won't be warm, warm", but these sections inevitably end up washing (what I feel is) very yellow very quickly making my skin appear contrastingly more pink. I usually then resort to frequent use of purple shampoos that seem to turn everything but the added warm colour a dingy purple with eventually a lank and dried out texture.Carly actually takes her time to listen to what feels right for the client and why, and offers advice based around that. She also recommends alternatives that would still suit when feeling like something slightly different and gives great tips for after care between visits. I highly recommend her attention to detail, her understanding of what best suits the client and hair type and just to top it off, she is absolutely one the most loveliest people that I know! I'm so comfortable spending the time with her.Having had my hair done elsewhere between lockdowns, I am so glad to be seeing Carly again. I've missed that awesome feeling of walking out the salon feeling completely happy and refreshed! My hair feels mine again and in great condition!Also, I have always found all the staff at the salon really welcoming and kind, the salon is clean and contempory and there is always my amazing frothy latte to relax and enjoy while there! I visited this salon which was a gift treatment and I had high expectations for this great looking salon but when I entered I different story was to be told. My hair was died a vastly different shade to what I asked thus I had to return and get it sorted yet even then it is still not near what I asked for.
