Well pharmacy is really worse in customer service. I spoke with one lady staff she is so rude in talking and even don't have manners to talk with human.really bad experience. I just called for repeat prescription but really disappointed.

I have never just turned up and collected a prescription. Each time they never have stock and are asked to come back. Then the wait just to collect is too long!

Appalling pharmacy. Never delivered my 82 year old Mums meds. Said out of stock for another, and would order and let me know. Never did. Never answer the phone. Had to go in person, only to be told it wasn't ordered, it must have been forgotten!!!! Then I asked about her older script which was now 10 days late, only for it to be found actually sat in a basket under the counter and had been there the whole time! Utterly disgraceful. Well Pharmacy you seriously need to look into those that represent you. !!!!

A very poorly out of stock run chemist. Always telling patients to come back and none or half medication given. The whole shop from the outside to the inside is dirty.
This should be a clean spotless environment to visit.and collect medication. The area manager for Well Chemist should be ashamed that he leaves the pharmacist to have messy shelves full of dirt inside the shop and behind the counter.
Repeat prescriptions are never on time and patients need to chase and many I know have left. It puts Burley Park Medical Centre to shame located beside their front door to the surgery.
The outside of the shop to inside is a reflection of the shop inside and behind the counter, full of dirt.
I would attach pics if this allows me to back up my review. God knows what the back rooms are like, if this is as bad as we can see at the front. NHS and Well Pharmacy need to gut out this shop and clean it and training on upkeep of stock.control. Also having to wait 30 mins for medication as the chemist was at lunch.at 3.35pm! No one else able to assist.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with Well Pharmacy in Burley. I rely on a specific brand of medication due to allergies, and I ordered my usual repeat prescription, expecting the usual text when it was ready. That message never came.
When I visited the pharmacy the next day, already out of my medication, I was told they?d order it for the next day. I clearly informed them?again?about my allergy and the need for a specific brand, and they assured me it would be taken care of.
The following day I called to check, only to be told it wasn?t ready. When I visited the next day, I was told the staff member who had dealt with me wasn?t available, so no one knew what had happened with my prescription. After waiting nearly half an hour, they told me I could have a different brand?the exact one I had told them I was allergic to. Recommending an alternative someone is allergic to, especially an antidepressant, is incredibly irresponsible.
I was then told to call again the next day. When I did, the person on the phone told me they had just returned from leave and weren?t aware of the situation. They promised a follow-up message, which I never received. After five working days without a single update, I visited again. This time I spoke to a third pharmacist, who simply said they couldn?t help me with my prescription. Worse, when I tried to explain my allergy, he kept insisting I take the version they had in stock, showing little understanding or empathy.
This whole experience left me feeling completely unsupported during a time when I needed medication and reassurance. I expected at least basic communication, attention to allergies, and some continuity in care, but received none of that. I would not recommend this pharmacy based on this experience

This chemist has just got worse and worse over the years. I remember when it had 5 staff , phone was answered, shelves full.
Now it's taken 11 days for my meds to come out (not inc Easter days and weekends) and 3 days to get someone to answer the phone. Please put this Chemist back to how it was 20 years ago!

They don?t answer the phone, I?ve noticed most reviews say the same but nothing has ever been done about it, I have been waiting for a prescription for my son for over a week and I still haven?t had a message to say it?s done I called in the day after the doctor sent the prescription as no one was answering the phone as usual, I got asked if I?d had a message like I was crazy to even think that a prescription might be ready after the doctor sends it over. It depends what staff is on what customer service you get there?s just one man who?s ever answered the phone and has good customer service, I always get my prescriptions from here as it?s the closest chemist and that is the only reason, one woman years ago offered delivery and when I called to ask if they?d deliver seen as it wasn?t ready she said there was no way as she didn?t have time and put the phone down, it?s a joke and everytime they get decent staff they?re either not there very often or they leave which to be fair I can?t blame them, so please either get some staff in or atleast look after the decent ones you have, get people their prescriptions ready instead of letting them suffer for weeks and just answer the phone instead of taking it off the hook or ignoring it please just make some changes instead of saying thanks for the reviews and then totally ignore what has been said.

They didn?t have medicine and called me back after a week and I went back after a week to pick medicine up and a pharmacist said your medicine are arrived but too many packages on the floor and it?s will take me half an hour to find your medicine and called me back after 3 hours. I went back after 3 hours got the medicine and guss what one package of medicine missing. And I?m going back again today. It?s quite frustrating. I won?t get medicine from this chemist. They need to improve their service.

Friendly enough staff, but contacting them by phoning is really difficult! They rarely answer the phone, which is ridiculous if you need any advice or want to check on a prescription:/

I called a few times after 10am and got no answer each time just a constant ring. How are people supposed to ask questions or order prescriptions if you don?t answer the phone. TERRIBLE

Booked a covid vaccine here as its my nearest pharmacy.
Went in and thought it had shut down with bare shelves.
I said when asked that I had come for a covid jab and the lady behind the counter told the pharmacist who did not acknowledge me even though I was in his sight.
I was not told to sit down or that they would be with me soon. I sat down and spent 5 minutes listening them both moan about the system and why stuff was untidy.
The pharmacist then said. " who is the covid vaccine for?", even though my name was on a list.
I was then taken into a cupboard,, and asked " is the left arm okay".
I did not feel comfortable in continuing so I left.
I will never go to this pharmacy again.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to, it takes over a week to get my prescription, it's understaffed and the staff aren't very nice.
