Its ok, can be quite slow at getting your scripts, certain staff quite rude and not knowledgeable. Other staff absolutely lovely though.

I wish we had another pharmacy in gildersome because this is the worst ive experienced. That i have endured this for the past couple years only due to convenience. From terrible customer service to unable to fill perscriptions.
The only redeeming quality is the male pharmacist who is great but unfortunately dossnt outweigh everything else.

Terrible chemist. Always get my mums medication wrong and never have what is prescribed (by the doctors across the road) in.

If you need medication the day it's prescribed, choose a different pharmacy. Even basic stock items like inhalers and painkillers often need to ordered in and they can't guarantee it will even come the next day. Never known a pharmacy to have so little stock!

For a short period of time this chemist seemed to improve. As of March/April/May 2024 they are really not impressing. My elderly mother has been told, often, that her medication will be ready to collect, or that it will be delivered & neither thing happens, & its causing her a lot of stress. I don't have deliveries, but I have to ring frequently to clarify or chase up items that I have requested in plenty of time. Some of the staff appear rushed & often come across as irritated & impatient.... not all of them I have to say. They really need an overhaul of how they practice.

This chemist has gone down hill the past year. The staff are very disorganised and very little care (The previous staff were lovely and went the extra mile!). Plus closing for over an hour each lunch is not helpful (surely the staff can stagger their breaks). I?ve decided to move to another branch.

Always helpful and efficient but do we have to close at lunch time for an hour and 15 minutes at the time during the day when most people want to nip out and get things done?

Get a text to say your prescription is ready to pick up, go up there and it?s ready and waiting. Great staff as well

Terrible service, gone downhill over the last few years, no-one seems to know what they are doing, last time I went in I was ignored whilst two female members of staff discussed catering! I had to ask if anyone was serving. Today been to collect medication, got home and part of prescription missing, I don't know how as we had had a discussion about it when I went to collect, back again tomorrow, not the first time this has happened!

This was a great chemist a year ago but now they can't get any prescription right or on time. If you tell them about the problem they tell you to change chemist. Not a great way to run a business
