Having searched on their website for a certain product it informed me that they were in stock at this store. So I made a special journey to go and purchase the said product, only to find that the store did not have any in stock.

This place is nice and good for quick shopping. It is a convenient location and the road is not too busy. The parking is huge with wheelchair accessibility.
It is quite big and thus doesn't feel like a lot of people in this store.
The products are on the expensive side. But you pay for the quality. We often buy lamb and for us this is the best taste compared to any other supermarket. Other products are fresh and good quality.
The store also put some products on offer. But these offers are more expensive than others' full price for example Aldi is just opposite to Waitrose.
Their freshly baked breads are a real gem. These are our next favourite ones. You can also get them on offer if you visit around 7 pm Monday to Saturday or 3 to 4pm on Sunday.
The store has a good collection of whisky, beer and wines.
People are nice and friendly. They help you find products around the store.

I don't go there very often. The supermarket is an expensive side for us. But the product quality is really good. You can feel the difference.
It is at a convenient location and plenty of parking space.
Most of the time it is not too busy. It is large enough anyway.

Didn't tell me when using the dry cleaning service that my items I included such as my suit bag and my hangers wouldn't be returned to me. Now I've lost some of my personal belongings, I expected more care from Waitrose
