The female employee fraudulently added an extra Apple Watch to my plan, I only discovered this after 12 months and had to request a refund. Be very careful when reading your contract and finalising your details. Do not take their word for it.

We all know that Vodafone is the best even when it comes to internet. The most annoying thing is having your beautiful girlfriend you met recently paying you a visit and she ask to watch THE LUPIN on Netflix then all of a sudden it keeps getting stuck like you are watching movie in space??, my brother she will leave you and even slap you. You are single by the age of 40 because you have bad network.? use Vodafone and thank me later?

Honestly I didn't have a good experience using Vodafone services, overcharged me nearly a year, Tommy one of the staffs was really helpful. He did his best to help me to get a better service. Helpful, friendly and skilful Tommy. Thank you

Always seem to be in and out of this place, usually a 10 minute or more wait but that is because the staff treat every customer as if they are the only one that matters. I moved to Vodafone for 1 mobile phone, now have 3 in the family, broadband at home is superfamily and was provided in the exact manner the shop adviser's told me. Wish more shops treated the customers this way.
