Walked in 10 minutes before close for a quick look. The girl behind the desk said ?no thanks? under her breath and closed the doors while we were still in. Wish she?d just say ?sorry we?re closing now? or something. Rude and unwelcoming. I work in hospitality and we?d never get away with treatment like that

very helpful staff but won?t bother for an apology when there mistakes cost me half discount which was applied to other jeans, it is very upsetting because if I had been an older customer they would?ve had the respect to give the discount.

I?d like to thank the staff member who helped me find my key. She was so kind and friendly. When I called yesterday, unsure whether I had lost my key in the changing room, she patiently asked me what it looked like and eventually found it. She even kept it safe for me until I could come and collect it the next day. I was genuinely touched by her kindness?thank you so much!
