Went here for the first time yesterday after looking for a good waxing therapist for a while.Angelique did my waxing and was very good. Friendly, efficient and took her time.I haven?t been for a while, so thought it might be a bit tougher than usual, but was not as painful as previous waxes I?ve had.Great results too. Will definitely be back and be my regular place to go to.All the other staff who were around were very friendly and pleasant too.Lovely overall experience.

Very disappointed by this salons attitude. They clearly do not understand what customer service means. They ask for feedback and cant take it when you provide it to them. The issue I have, surrounds the booking of appointments. Despite previously being able to make bookings via email and phone, they no longer allow this and now insist on making a booking using their online system. I find the online system not very intuitive and glitchy to use and i also wanted to make another booking at the same time for a friend. I emailed the salon with my simple request and was told that they only do online bookings. I found this response not to be very customer friendly. I can understand if I was a new customer and they needed to ensure the booking did not go to waste, however I am a repeat customer, I would have thought they would have valued repeat custom from returning customers. Dont ask for honest feedback if you cant handle it, dont be rude to your customers who you clearly do not care about.Service: Body waxing

Amazing service, done my hair with Victoria and it?s absolutely stunning. I have long blonde full head highlights and you girls know how hard it?s to find good, caring hairstylists. Will definitely recommend. Looking forward to try more services from that saloon.

Always an excellent and professional service . I?ve been coming to this salon for over 10 years I will never go any where else as this is the only salon that has made me feel welcomed and confident since the first day I came .Unlike other salons that made me feel ashamed , uncomfortable and unprofessional .Always love seeing you Angelique your an amazing person. Had eyelash extensions for my holiday to America, half of my left eye had fallen out after a couple of days, I had looked after them well, no oil etc, bought the cleanser from the salon and used but each time more and more fell out, the other side started to fall out too so after 8 days a was left with only a few. I used a make up wipe to try and remove the remaining few lashes and they came off instantly. I?ve had lashes many times before and I?ve had to use the glue remover but these came off after one wipe. I complained to the salon and asked for a refund which I was told because I didn?t taken a picture I couldn?t. I was offered another set and they asked me for my availability which I have provided several times but now I am getting no response from the salon. Very disappointing as I wanted them for my holiday and they only looked nice for a few days spent £60 on them along with the cleanser, and now they won?t respond!!really disappointed with how they have treated me and left me out of pocket. Won?t be back!!I see the owner has responded and said I refused another set and asked for my money back which is simply not true, I asked for my money back in the first instance which they said we are offering you another set, I replied (not weeks later) then I was ignored, emailed several times with no response. I didn?t take photos as I had taken the last remaking few off.

Came for a gel mani/pedí before my holiday, experience was great, staff are lovely and I was happy initially. When I got home my nails were not as well done as I thought, some a little bumpy but fine I can deal. After 4 days, 3 of my nails started to lift. Was gutted as this was a pre holiday birthday treat and they didn?t even last a week. Nice place but probably wouldn?t go back for gels.Services: Nail painting
