A nice modern station which is actually very big with 20 platforms. Was quite busy when I was there during evening rush hour. There is plenty of food choices in the station as well as free toilets. I look a star away because you can't buy your tickets from the staff they just point you to the dreaded machines.

A great train station with very helpful train staff! a particular thank you to Shaun, the irish man who works at the info desk! I bought a split ticket train to london from Leeds but my train got cancelled. Despite a busy day at the station, Shaun went out of his way to make sure I could get on a replacement train and he vouched for me to get on the LNER train straight to Ldn! Not all heroes wear capes!! Thank you Shaun, you made my day!

A very ancient historical city with a modern outlook especially on the newer communities on the outskirts.\\n\\nGreat football stadium for Leeds FC and a very vibrant fan base.\\n\\nThe city has a great transport system and is especially welcoming.

Nice and light and airy nowadays compared to the dismal hole that it used to be. There's a good selection of food outlets on the concourse including a Spoons. Beware of the size of the place though, getting from platform 1 to platform 17 takes a good five minutes or more with luggage.

Kerry has served me at Leeds train station ticket office a few times helping me top up my travel pass. She has always been kind, cheery and smiling. Even though Kerry probably doesn?t realise how lovely she is. It is refreshing to be served by someone who leaves you happy and in a better mood than before chatting to them. Thanks Kerry for being so helpful and lovely after a long day at work x

The statue outside fairly close to the station was absolutely covered in pigeons which was an excellent improvement.\\n\\nInside the station was a McDonald's where I bought some mozzarella sticks and a large portion of fries, which sated my hunger adequately. A friendly pigeon was wandering about under the tables so I surreptitiously dropped some of my fries for it, as a treat. Broken up plain peanuts and mixed seed are healthier snacks for them.\\n\\nToilets on the Sheffield-bound platform were a bit grim and both times I've had to catch a train from here it has departed late and reached it's destination very late, but this is mitigated by the pigeons

A fairly good station with plenty of platforms allowing travel to most of the country. The station is very busy at peak times of the day. There are limited facilities once through the ticketing barrier.

A great train station- modern, easy to navigate and with everything you could need. Staff are always friendly and information boards are regularly placed and easy to read. A great selection of shops for different budgets and toilets are always kept clean (and are free!).

Love Leeds but night time there's sirens every half hour. Felt like I was in an episode of the bill lol

Relatively easy to follow instructions on on the platform for arrivals and departures. I also like that Lner have the option for QR codes for entry/exit, instead of the paper tickets for majority of the time. I hope we start phasing out the old train tickets as technology and security around them improves.

Welcome to Leeds. This is the biggest train station in West Yorkshire. The facilities are complete and cozy to wait for the next train. It also connect trains to other big cities across mainland.
