I am extremely disappointed with my recent order through your platform.
I selected card payment when placing my order. However, when the delivery driver arrived, he asked for cash, which shocked me. I double-checked my bank account and saw that no payment was taken ? even though I had selected to pay by card.
This situation wasted my time and ruined my dinner plans. It?s unacceptable that your system confirmed an order without processing the payment properly, and now I am left with no food and frustration.
This is the first and last time I?ve seen such an issue ? it feels like a fault with your system or the restaurant, which behaved like some unprofessional ?China website? business, not a trusted UK platform.

Great take away until you have a problem, I?ve ordered from here for years. I ordered some extra sweet and sour sauce with my order, when I tasted it I got a really bad chemical taste and had a smell to it a bit like disinfectant or bleach, when I called them they said I never ordered any and made it out like I?m lying 3 people I have shown this too and asked to smell it have said it?s not right. Since eating it I have now got a headache I asked the manager to come out to see and explain what is in it which he replied ? I am not going there tell him no? he then said it?s all ok and from the same batch you can clearly see the difference. I was not ringing for a refund I just want to know what is in the food I?m eating. As a customer I don?t want to made out to be lying I just wanted some customer service. I will not be using you again.

Only Chinese I?ll order from. Food is always so tasty. Highly recommend salt & pepper king prawns, chicken curry & prawn toast. Wouldn?t order from anywhere else.

Picked up a collection on a Friday night, food was ready when I got there, polite and Friendly staff, food was delicious, the chips were a little undercooked but other than that very nice.

Got the wrong order. I rang straight back The lady refused saying she?s not allowed to take it back. Didn?t even try to resolve the issue. Just wow. The rest of The food was not fresh either the rice was hard. Chicken wings was over cooked extra dry and tasteless. Now Nothing to eat £25+ in the binOne of the worst Chinese have ever had not To Mention the bad service of not satisfying an unhappy customer. What a waste of Money never again. Do they even care how hard it is to spend that much money to then get awful service and then to not eat?. If I could give zero I would awful service. Food in the bin.
