A large range of small cafes / restaurants / food trucks in Trinity.
Lots of escalators/ lifts to get there.
Toilets up more escalators!!

The concept is sound, the food experience varies as the vendors rotate but the underlying noisy, mobile phone signal blocking, dirty industrial ambience remains as per day one.
It's always felt like an unfinished car park and as prices rise and quality falls at the permanent outlets it's increasingly difficult to favour it over standalone restaurants, the myriad of on-street food trucks, the market, Assembly Underground, White Cloth Hall and others... they need to up their game, the convenience of being attached to the shopping centre isn't enough now.
But it's always busy so maybe I'm just fussy?

It caught my attention that, in a town like Leeds, there were so many gastronomic markets, this is one of them and the most famous, because it has an exceptional location, very central. Very spacious place with good international gastronomic offer.

Yard Dogs, serve delicious hot dogs that will will you up for the whole day! I also recommend the currywurst loaded fries. The only setback for me was too much sauce that it sometimes drowns the flavour of the dog, but that is just my preference.
