Where do I start... Let's double up on previous reviews, arrived there on a friday just to be greeted by a shut gate and printed information 'stocktake, come back tomorrow'. So I did. Upon answering to the cashier that I'm not allright, because I wasted a lot of time yesterday, I found out customers are expected to come every day to have a look at the gates to see if the place is closed or not, because 'the information was hanging there all week'. Right, I do apologize, next time when I DON'T have stock to pick up I'll still come just to see what's happening. Ridiculous.
And then I've found out all of this click and collecting is pointless, as TP doesn't actually reserve stock for you. You'd think that, but no. I've paid for the order, reserved it and then got told 'it' s not in stock' when I went to pick it up, second time. Lovely. Top it off with one texas ranger, who was very eager to tell me TP is the best thing after sliced bread, and they are going above and beyond to sort this out for me. No, you are not going above and beyond. You are doing BARE MINIMUM to rectify your own mistake.
To sum up: if you want to shop with TP, don't bother with online ordering and make sure to visit at least couple times before you actually go to buy something, as they are randomly closed on random days.

It is a convenient place to pick up all your construction materials, but watch out for their prices. Ask for Trade -prices if you are in trade, and negotiate a good deal. Otherwise, be prepared to pay MUCH OVER THE AVERAGE MARKET PRICE.

Very expensive if you don't have an account and prices vary depending on which member of staff we cant price jobs like that with margins so tight cant use you sorry

Kane and the boys and Amy, are outstanding! Their customer service is second to none, Iv visited a lot of Travis Perkins over the years and non come close to this branch, they always deliver on promises and go the extra mile to keep us working, and sort any issues out without any problem.
