I have to say that I was a little disappointed in the quality of the tiles I ordered. I ordered the rustic limestone tiles pattern set, but there wasn't really any consistency in the way they looked and with half of them you couldn't even tell what was front and what was back. While the larger ones had a lovely brownish wavy grain, the smaller ones only had lots of strange white sickles. Overall, when laid, it doesn't make for a very consistent look and I'm quite disappointed. Next time I'd probably want to see the product when/before I buy natural stone tiles. Delivery also took a good 10 days...

Very happy to recommend travertine direct. I have dealt with them on several occasions now and am totally satisfied with the tiles, prices and the exceptional service especially Paul who couldn?t be more helpful.

Deserve the few stars they have. Nice face to face. However clear they are a dodgy company.My husband was quoted £210 yesterday by Harry & Karen. I didn?t remember this.It changed to £240 today. Been able to speak to my husband who said quote was £210.Just called and spoke to Karen who informed me he was not quoted that yesterday. She said I can return the tiles for a refund or have the £30 difference. When I said I?d have the £30 difference, she advised me she wasn?t going to give me that because that was what I wanted. WOW!

Email below from the director when I requested to send back complete boxes of unused tiles (at my expense) within 7 days, and I queried the original shipping charges when my delivery was delayed. Draw your own conclusions..."As I said, if you are not happy then seek advice from a lawyer or trading standards but please be man enough not to resort to slander online behind a keyboard as I will instruct my legal team to seek damages for deformation and losses incurred by trigger happy negative reviews.I suggest you read the T&Cs you agreed to and point out where we have breached our agreement. We don?t do part refunds and we can?t control 3rd party logistics companies. Amazon have the same policy, we try follow them.Don?t email me again please as it?s pointless. Call your lawyer Monday and give them the facts and they will advise of your position in law.ThanksLee"

I have read a couple of poor reviews from people re Travertine Direct and can safely say these are not the true picture. I have worked with TD for many years and have nothing but good things to say. I?m a developer and have bought thousands of m2. I speak to Karen all the time and she tells me about customers who stamp their feet when they don?t get their own way and post negative reviews to be spiteful. I am a long standing customer who can genuinely say 99% of the time they perform 5 stars. Sometimes things don?t always go to plan but that?s life.You can?t be in business for over 15 years and treat people poorly. If only people that were happy bothered to place reviews. I actually hate reviews but felt I needed to on this occasion as I am someone who has worked with TD for over 10 years.

I?ve used travertinedirect for a while now, and I get the feeling that these guys are there to sort you out with any tile problems you may have,anyway, if you live in Leeds, why would you go anywhere else.10/10

Regrettably using Travertine Direct to supply our new kitchen floor was a big mistake. The Antico Limestone flooring is very poor quality, with holes and cracks appearing in 80% of the stones a few years after laying. I advised Travertine Direct at the one year point and they refused to accept any responsibility. My advice would be to avoid.

I have never been so impressed with a company. The tiles are beyond my expectations, your staff have been amazingly helpful and patient even when I had no idea want I needed. I wanted these tiles because I needed something that would fit into the old part of our house, they are perfect and give a modern clean look at the same time.
