I have come to this warehouse multiple times. Every other time I was served well and never had any problems with the service. However, yesterday at around 12:30 to 1:00 I asked one of the people at the till a question. The reply I got was something I never thought I would hear from a receptionist. She told me blatantly that she will not answer me. Confused I asked again 2 to 3 more times but still got the same disrespectful answer. I then thought of the scale of rudeness this was as she couldn?t even say ?I don?t know? instead she decided to tell me ?I won?t tell you?. I now ask everyone including the manager is she really suitable to service customers without answering their questions?

Appalling Service. Waited ages to be served as only 1 member of staff. If my only experience of Toolstation was based on this branch I would NEVER use them. Luckily my local branch is Seacroft which is excellent! Elland road branch needs to get a grip.

I have to leave a review for the lady called Lou working here. She is the most smiliest, lovely person ever and after having a horrible morning in The Range with the most unprofessional staff she is a shining light to brighten up a dull day.

I got something stuck in the hose of my hoover. There was only a specific tool that would open it up to get it out. Staff member Craig went out of his way to help us unscrew them. He took the whole thing apart to get the object out and put it back together again for us. No charge. Very helpful and friendly staff.
