I now have AMAZING HAIR!!! From the moment I entered the salon to the second I left, my experience today was nothing short of fantastic! Rob was such a wonderful guy and made fell like royalty. The salon was lovely and clean, staff were very friendly and welcoming. The styling understood exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job on my hair. She had a great personality and we had a nice chat whilst she did my hair and was very attentive to my needs by checking if I wanted a drink or a biscuit. Overall experience was better than I expected and I can't wait to come again.

I got seen by Maria and I?m a model and she asked me many times what I wanted, when I said already twice at the start, which made me unsure about her ability to do my hair right.She also said my hair was bent and not straight.. didn?t make sense at all that part, since my hair is curly!She also said some comments about my curly, frizzy hair (I told her I didn?t wash it in a few days so that?s why it?s like this right now), she said my hair is fine and a fringe wouldn?t suit me also, when I?ve had a full fringe for my professional modelling work for 4-5 years prior to this and it looks great when I have it this way ?.She was brushing my wet curly hair and it made it frizzy and then she straightened my fringe as I asked her to before cutting it.Curly hair can be brushed while washed but it must be wet after this process and she wasn?t planning on this.She also expressed at the end of the appointment that next time I should brush the knots out my curls next time so it?s easier for her? I would of paid £75 for this whole appointment and curly hair is prone to get knots and tangles.I?m sure Maria is skilled at what she does for sure, but she was also claiming I should have a think on what I want before coming in next time when I said numerous times what I wanted as she got confused.I?m used to hairdressers blow drying my curly fringe straight and then cutting it, but she said she doesn?t do it this way.When the fringe was straightened, she didn?t use any volumising brush so it looked thin.I asked then would it look okay when cut still and she wasn?t sure, so of course I said I didn?t want to carry on with the appointment yet, I?m not paying for a possible bad hair job!I left the salon very unhappy and I cried, but as one door closes, a better opens.I will now be going to an African hairdressers from now on.Don?t trust big labels all the time for hairdressers, they aren?t all as knowledgeable about non Caucasian hair types. Also their products have lots of chemicals in them ?! That?s even worse for curly hair! Chemicals dry it out!They also want to charge you £50-£75 for minimal work.Lastly, I will say she wasn?t sure about blow drying it all straight for me when I?m the customer and I?m paying £75.I was late for my appointment by 10-15 mins due to a train delay and she said at the end of the appointment to come earlier next time to make sure I?m sure about what I want? I am bloody sure, I?m a professional model and my hair is very important to me.She also suggested at the end of the appointment to bring photos next time and I told her AT the START I have photos on my phone I can show her.

Whilst the lady that cut my hair was very pleasant, I would have preferred to have been made aware that she was still training before being half way through the hair cut. I?ve now got the worst hair cut I?ve had in years and extremely disappointed with Toni and guy. The standard is simply not good enough for the price
