A tale of 2 halves. Homesense upstairs was bright and clean and well laid out. Easy to shop and a member of staff said hi. Downstairs felt crowded and didn't like the layout. Walked past 3 managers and no one said hi or smiled. Great example. Tk maxx is hit or miss but you can grab a great bargain.

I was browsing through the store looking for some shoes and asked a worker for some help. His name was Mark I believe? He was so rude and said they don?t have it. Only to find it 2 minutes later. So incompetent it?s pathetic.

Muna sales associate - extremely rude, served the woman in front of us just now, and was extremely rude to her too.
We weren't in store very long just a quick look, bought one item and when going to pay we got no recognition at all, felt like we were invisible no customer service at all. Asked for a bag and just got given one, had to stand and wait in silence not knowing what we were actually waiting for until we realised she needed authorisation for the alcohol, abit of communication wouldn't have gone a miss to explain why we were waiting. Very disappointing. Very Poor service. Also a smile wouldn't go a miss

good selection of stuff and graphic tees which are only £10-£12 . small home section which is a shame for the size of the store, and not much silver jewellery to choose from
