“Booked a Mot online for the same day. In fact the booking was just in 2 hours time. Drop the car off and sat and wait. Good news it passed and to make sure i checked the government website a couple days later to see if it was a genuine. Nothing bad to say. Really happy customer. Also there was a burger van outside. One of the best chip butty I've ever had.”

“We were stranded with a flat tire and even though they didnt have the right tire for us to buy, we managed to locate our spare but we didnt have the experience in changing the flat. We asked them if they could change it for us and thankfully they asked us to bring the car close to their doors and they changed the tire to our spare in less than 5 minutes. Still really thankful for them for doing that for us as we were in a really bad situation”

“Easy to get to,park your car ,get on the bus, buy a return ticket, 10 minutes into leeds centre ,buses are regular,children are free with an adult, takes the hassle out of visiting leeds.”

“Normally I would give 5 stars, but my visit to Halfords this time was disappointing. After having a new cambelt and water pump replaced a week before, I was told by the mechanics to keep an eye on the car temperature, as they replaced the fan belt free of charge. Anyway after 3/4 days, the cars temperature gauge was heating up quickly, with only a couple of miles driven. So I booked a day the mechanic was free, I took car in and was advised of the time scale, which was 3 hours, 3 hours passed and I was told the mechanics never had a chance to look at it as they had 2 MOT'S to do, so I have wasted my time and why didn't they contact me stating they couldn't look at my car, so again I have to make another appointment, oh by the way, I was told that the said mechanic had taken a holiday break, knowing I had an appointment with them. Due to my ill health, days, times are precious, due to the amount of different health professional I see, I booked with Halfords when I'm not at physio, or other healthcare appointments, but to book an appointment, with no phone call after I booked the car in, 3 hours went by, on my return to say mechanic is on holiday, unannounced, and car not looked at, was terribly annoying, another day was booked for Friday 20th October. That appointment has been cancelled by me due to another heath appointment. So Now waiting for Halfords to phone me if Monday 23rd October is free for me to return at 08:30 am. Hence why I dropped 2 stars due to the above let down.Friday 20th October, new appointment made and I was at Halfords Auto Centre, mechanic was waiting for me, within two hours the car work was done. Very happy now, just a pain to have previous appointment messed up. I will be back.”

“Good guys with fair prices and good service, not always gonna be the fastest garage but will get it done for you on the day if they can. Good lads and good work. Will return if I ever need a garage and am in Leeds city centre or near by.Just to let ya know how friendly they are, when I arrived as my brakes had gone soft, it turned out I needed a new brake pipe but they diagnose and show me the issue free of charge, I drive home after a free top UK of brake fluid, and then returned the next day as I was happy with the way I was treat. Job was done at a great price and they price matched for me ?”
