Having to go back 3 times to get a key cut that works - A bit ridiculous! Friendly polite staff but either need their machine servicing or better training for the staff.I'd look to go somewhere else until they improve something here

The chap who served me was really attentive and friendly. He told me a moving story about his daughter also. Really knowledgeable, helpful and most of all when I collected my shoes (had a rubber sole and heel fitted to my leather shoes for winter) the workmanship was best I've seen from a cobbler for some time.Recommend this unit...
