Received fantastic customer service from Danny at Tiles and Mosiacs. I went in trying to match a small and large grey tile and Danny helped me to find exactly what I was looking for. He was patient, kind and so helpful. A week into the bathroom works and I had to call Danny to see if we could get hold of any of the large tiles as there had been more overage than I'd planned for. As the tiles were being shipped from Italy they would have taken 2 weeks to arrive so Danny went out of his way to call other stockists in the UK and managed to find some in the same shade batch which could arrive within a couple of days. Honestly couldn't recommend Tiles and Mosiacs highly enough. Haven't even touched on the excellent quality and style of the tiles! Thank you for all your help.

Ordered a sample on Monday evening and it was promptly delivered on Wednesday.Decided to take a trip up to Leeds to visit the showroom and very glad that I did because I had previously dismissed my end chosen tile whilst browsing on the internet. Everyone at the showroom was most helpful and gave me some excellent advice which I took on board. Many thanks to all at Tiles and Mosaics.

Excellent customer service and super speedy delivery! We placed an adhoc order over the telephone late Friday afternoon and it was with us before 9am Monday morning! Extremely well packaged ensuring no damaged tiles. Very satisfied customers. Can happily recommend this company.

I have visited them quite often (my good Lady is very fussy!) and it's always very clean and tidy and the staff know plenty about how to make a difference to the overall internal image of a house. We finally bought something!Definitely worth a trip out!
