I just want to say thank you to the staff at tile depot, Leeds especially Mark who was really helpful for arranging our new tiles, they look great. The displays in the shop looked great and most of all there wasn't lots of background 'music' which made the whole experience much more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them for tiles and good service.

Awful customer service, my step dad went here to look for tiles like our bathroom ones or for any suggestions and all he was told was 'no they haven't been made for 10 years, try ebay' and walked off! Was more than ready to purchase some as we need some for the bathroom urgently but definitely won't spend our money here!
