I recently visited Tico Tico. The pizza and chips were nice?cooked well; you could tell they were made fresh. I was really thrilled by how polite and welcoming the cashier was. I didn?t catch her name; however, she was a young lady, and I was very surprised by how fantastic her customer service was. Brilliant person?we need more young people like her. ?

Love everything about tico tico the food is always made to a high standard no complaints, the staff are very friendly and welcoming never had any problems would 100% recommend for quick and cheep food.

We have ordered from here for a long time. The food is consistently superb! I mostly order pizzas but the kebabs and burgers are also very good! Never had a problem with a delivery Infact our food always arrive before it is due. We order from here 1-2 times per week. The staff are also very friendly.??

Absolutely so disappointed, we have never had such a bad experience with Tico, we always get take away from them, but this time was horrendous, we had to wait over 1.5 hours for our chilli burgers, to receive cold chips and burgers with no chilli , then when called to advise on the issue to be advised we will get free next time, and eventually being hanged up on. So disappointed

Ordered a takeaway for my son, totally wrong order, rang back the call handler tried saying it's what I ordered said they'll send out in 20 mins and hour later I have to call back for call handler to lie and say she tried ringing me back total lies. And then said I hadn't been charged when actually looking at the menu I'd been charged more for the order that came not what I wanted. 20 years of custom they've had out of me and family members but won't anymore. Shame really. For £21 for 6 strands of kebab meat (cold) 2 pittas ( I didn't ask for) is disgusting only thing they got right was the cans of pop. Bring back mandy and my custom will return never had an issue when she worked there ?

Just ordered food as a treat for daughters birthday kebab meat came was cold and very hard not soft like usual paid extra money for extra meat and less than usually is not the usual standard very poor so ring up to spesk to some one to be told you will wait ages for food again so we will just knock £5 off next time no garlic dips or owt we asked for getting worse this place was one of my favs not too long ago
