Went in enquiring about a specific phone, came back to us with an offer on a different phone which was very good just not the one we were after. Spoke professionally and polite and didn't take offence when we challenged him on certain things. Even though we didnt buy from here the overall experience was good.

Horrible net work and Staff.
Went to cancel my WiFi they couldn?t find my details on their system and kept blaming me!
I told them I have 4 contacts with you and finally they said yes you are on the system. After a good 10 minutes they still couldn?t cancel my WiFi contract as they were not able to find the phone number. Then the manager came and he was really rude with a bossy attitude and a very poor communication skills to help and said I need to find my number on my own and then come back again.
I have made numerous call on their customer service and waited on the phone for hours to get this sorted and so far none were successful.
This is very scary and scandalous. I have provided ID and everything they asked for.
I will cancel all my contacts as soon as they come to end and will tell my friends and family about my horrible experience with this network.
Shame on you .

I recently updated my contract with Three over the phone. However, since then, I have experienced multiple issues and was advised to visit a Three store so a technician could assess my phone.
At the store, I spoke with a staff member named Sanah, who quickly identified the issue?I had run out of data. This came as a huge surprise, as when I renewed my contract, the telephone operator had reviewed my previous usage and recommended a plan that was supposedly suitable. However, Sanah informed me that the data plan I was on did not align with my previous usage, which explained the problem.
Had it not been for Sanah?s help, I would have seriously considered cancelling my contract, as I had been given an incorrect plan that did not meet my needs. Her professionalism, patience, and customer-focused approach turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. She is a true asset to the company and deserves to be recognised for her outstanding service.
If you ever have any issues, I highly recommend speaking to Sanah?she was absolutely amazing!

Custmer service is really bad i went to get wifi it was really bad i went to the three and they told me to take a seat i waited 40 minutes and after they said they cant take it back .

I would have given it a zero star rating if there had been one. It's really rude. When you ask for assistance, they say to phone customer service. Since we are unable to assist, why are there three stores there? terrible company, I'm going to terminate all of my family's and my own contracts with them. I'll also ask friends to do the same.

Visited today as my phone stopped working, I was served by a lady called Sanah, she was very patient and helped me sort out a new phone with ease.. her manager was also there and between them both they made my visit a very pleasant one, I upgraded my phone and bought a tablet. Vey happy and recommend

very disappointed with the lack of customer service the store provides, especially a gentleman who is very unprofessional and would get too personal.
I?d recommend the gentleman to focus on their field of job more diligent, rather than being carefree and rude to the customers.
