We were delighted with the service we had from Aasim when we had decided to upgrade our phone contract. He was patient answering all our queries and efficient too so that we felt we were in good hands. I should also mention that the Assistant manager Dan was also so attentive and helped to guide us through what we anticipated would be a challenging task. We were helped every step of the way. I?m so glad I have came to three to solve my problems. A lovely girl called jasmine helped me through it all and has done such a great job. Honestly I don?t know what I could?ve done without her. Her assistance was great and she has done so much for me, she always knows what she?s doing and is so great at doing her job!

We tried to visit this store at least 2 times at least I'm sure to return a broadband hub and cancel a contract.First time, we needed the receipt and second time was the most horrible visit they said to us we had to take it back to the original store of purchase which turned out to be total rubbish.It took my housemate time and money on Sunday 26th November to go all the way to Newark from Leeds to return the hub and cancel things to be told by someone in that store that this store could have actually sorted things for us but the only reason that the guy who told him could think of was they were thinking old school/that it would affect their sales records or something but it actually wouldn't have they just could not be bothered to make much effort to properly help.The guy I spoke to on the phone on the afternoon of Sunday 26th November seemed pleasant and courteous enough and seemed to handle it great, it felt constructive but there's an anxiety within me that wonders if I was office gossip after. That's not an accusation or anything I'm simply expressing a thought in my head.Shame on you all.

Been to 3 mobile Leeds Trinity branch and had an satisfactory experience having a new contract by extraordinary help from a patient lady called Jasmin. The staff at three Leeds trinity were very helpful.
