I visited on Saturday, 14th December, around 10 AM, and the experience was disappointing.
I waited at the reception table for quite a while without any acknowledgment?no ?we?ll be with you in a minute? or anything like that. When the man finished with another customer, he called out to me from across the room with ?mate.? I had to walk up to him because he wouldn?t come over, and only then did the conversation start with, ?How can I help you??
There was no effort to stand up or greet me properly, and the lack of basic manners left a bad impression. I?m glad I?m not their customer.

Honestly the best experience when dealing with phone contracts. Dan especially was amazing!!! and so helpful cannot thank him enough for all the help he gave us especially as it was super busy and staff were dealing with multiple customers each in a friendly, calm and swift manner. Made switching networks and contracts super stress free and easy . Will absolutely use this store in future ?

I came in on the 9th of August to have my phone set up. I was served by a lady called Aneesa at the Leeds Trinity store. Aneesa was fantastic- she transferred all my data and was so helpful. She was so kind and helped me with everything . It was simply the best customer service experience I've ever had . Aneese even stayed 20 minutes after her shift had finished to make sure that everything had been done right. She was brilliant.

It is one of the worst stores this three Leeds trinity mall. I got a broken phone from this store and when I went back to return it they just refused it and kept putting it on to each other. Sales advisor says talk to manager and manager says talk to area manager. Even though their contract clearly mentions that you can replace a faulty device within 30 days. Unprofessional staff always tries to sell you expensive packages then you have to tell them that you already check the price online.

Unbelievable company. 9 Years of Loyalty, with a perfect credit record and good salary. Unable to upgrade device for reasons noone is willing to explain. Tried everything to get them to keep me as a customer but no dice!
Really would recommend avoiding this company. Go to another phone provider that doesn't punish you for long term loyalty.

I needed a device in the same day as my old phone screen broke. So I had to go in the store, usually I do all online. I looked around to decide which phone I like/want. Eric, the assistant manager of the Leeds Three store approached me. We sat down and he started to ask all details about what I need and what I want. I also adviced Eric what I can afford in terms of monthly payment. He searched and offered me the best offer based on what details I gave, having all the info on hand. After we decided on the plan and device,Eric explained me in details the payment plan and after I agreed he advised me Nick will continue from there with the rest of the formalities. Both Nick and Eric knew what they were doing, very polite and positive and well prepared knowing their job. I felt very welcomed, looked after and my needs was met 100%. I am a customer with three since 2014, network sometimes is not amazing due to signal issues in some areas but other than that I am satisfied.

I came to this 3 store in Leeds trinity to block my sim as I had lost my phone. I saw Muhammad on the desk who immediately listened to my issue and blocked my sim. He gave me a replacement immediately. Muhammad then asked me if I had any other ohone contracts. I told him I had two more with other networks for my wife and my daughter. Upon his brilliant fact finding he told me that I was paying a lot for them and if I switch to three I'll b saving a whopping £30 a month. I was in shock. All this time I didn't know that. Anyways to cut th story short Muhammad switched my other two contracts to three and helped me save big bucks. Kudos to Muhammad and his customer service. you are a star. Thank you

The incompetence of this store knows no bounds. Went in for a simple upgrade, told the phone would be delivered next day only to find out 4 days later that the consultant had scheduled the order for 3 weeks later.
Waited 3 weeks later to receive text from Three that they had delivered the phone to a flat I havent lived in for 6 years...
Don't even bother with the Three customer service assistant on the website as they are absolutely useless, as soon as this contracts over leaving Three
