What a great customer service from Lukasz (Store Manager). He's went above and beyond whilst helping me to upgrade my phone. Not only he listened to my concerns regarding the changes in my new contract but put me at ease whilst choosing a new device.Lukasz is a very kind, helpful and knowledgeable person,who tried his best to help me out with my enquiry.He answered tons of questions patiently.Nothing was too much for him. He even stayed half an hour longer to transfer all of my apps and thousands of photos to my new phone as I was worried I wouldn't be able to do it on my own.I am that kind of person, who doesn't like changes regarding technology but thanks to Lukasz I know I made the right choice visiting 3 Store today. I would definitely recommend Lukasz and his professionalism to everyone.

Big massive thank you to Sophie, who got me sorted with my no contract broadband this afternoon and was really helpful setting the router up, etc. Really difficult to find monthly broadband deals, so well happy with this set-up.

awful customer service both in store and via online chat. tied me down to a 24 month broadband contract through a 3 months for free promotional offer without disclosing the terms and rigidity of the commitment.
the broadband has been terrible, no where near the claimed 150mbps download average, i?m lucky if i can get 20mbps. as i have switched to a better provider i tried cancelling in store, only to be told about the contract they tied me down to, unbeknownst to me until then.
the assistant manager looked disgusted when talking to customers and as if helping paying customers was beneath him, before shooing me off to the customer service line to make a complaint without offering me the customer services number.
truly an awful experience and wish i had never switched to them

Went in today to grab a new iPhone after about 5 years.
Bruce was mega helpful.
I?m not that interested in phones & he told me exactly what the phone & package would include so I was onboard with everything.
Helped me get the new phone all set up & sorted before I left the store as well.

I have met staff twice here. Been with 3 for 10 years. The staff are great. The man who served me put me at ease and helped explain available upgrades etc. Also helped my wife's sim upgrade. I prefer to use this store each time now. They removed all the stress of upgrading and transferring data between phones.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with their mobile data service. The signal was almost nonexistent, making it difficult to use my club card or watch YouTube during my commute. Due to my busy schedule, I haven't been able to report this issue online or contact their customer service. When I visited their shop, I was informed that nothing could be done since I had passed the trial period. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their mobile data or WiFi services to anyone. The service is unreliable and does not meet expectations. I will give a zero star!

The Merrion Centre in Leeds is the second largest shopping centre in the city. Although I much prefer the larger Trinity Leeds nearby, they still have a nice selection of brands here, and the location being right by the First Direct Arena is useful to hop in without much of a detour before a show. As of January 2024, it's the 41st largest shopping centre in the UK in terms of retail space at 74,100 meters squared in area. Parking is expensive, and it's shared with the arena nearby, rates start at £3.50 for one hour, but when you're parking in a city you always seem to get similar rates. The inside of the shopping centre looks ordinary pretty much like any mall which opened in the UK around the 60s/70s. It's easy enough to follow the layout, there is a large map which shows not only the shops inside the centre, but the rest of Merrion Way, including the outlets just outside including Pizza Express, Starbucks and the Co-Op, and then leading to the arena and Ibis Hotel. There is a large Morrisons supermarket located here and an Amazon Hub featuring two Amazon Lockers for deliveries/returns. There are many budget shops located here which you might not find elsewhere in the city centre including Iceland, Heron Foods and Home Bargains and one or two charity shops. 3* - OK, the shopping centre isn't somewhere you'd go out of your way to visit, luckily due to being within the city centre of a big city, you don't have too, useful if you're looking for a specific store here but otherwise it's just another reasonable addition to Leeds' shopping scene.
